Mo has installed our new boiler and has come to service our boiler since then. He is patient and understanding and he takes his time to explain what he’s doing and why. The engineer attended my property punctually at the agreed time and conducted himself throughout with a commendable degree of professionalism, courtesy, and diligence, which immediately instilled confidence.

• A comprehensive and systematic inspection of the central heating system, during which the boiler was thoroughly assessed and confirmed to be fully operational
• Verification of hot water performance, which was found to be efficient, consistent, and reliable
• Careful examination of all radiators, each of which was confirmed to be functioning as expected
• Prompt and competent resolution of an intermittently cold radiator through the precise adjustment of radiator valves, demonstrating strong technical expertise and attention to detail
• A detailed review of the thermostat settings, which were confirmed to be appropriately configured
